International Women's Day

I recently read, "Empowered women, empower women." I love this so much and love empowering women to live their best lives. We as women do so many amazing things every day. Why should we live in fear and embarassment of peeing on ourselves? Why should be suffer from pain or painful intercourse? Why should we suffer with postpartum depression and body image concerns? Why should be live with bowel issues? Why should we live with prolapse? We shouldn't and our bodies are not designed to have these issues. Speak up and lets let go of taboo and tensions. Optimize was created to be a welcome space to share TMI and heal! Happy International Women's Day.....let's get to living our best and healthiest lives pain and leak free!
